Yu-Gi-Oh! Goat

A retro GX-era format frozen at the April 2005 Forbidden & Limited List, as kept by Format Library. Cards through Flaming Eternity and The Lost Millennium. Named for the Goat Control deck (Scapegoat into Metamorphosis), though Chaos Turbo leads today. Slow, grindy duels decided by reads, bluffs and resource management; no Synchro, Xyz, Pendulum or Link monsters. The most-played retro format. Each card's share of top-placing tournament decks over the last 90 days, weighted toward bigger events, better finishes and newer results. Advanced and Genesys: decklists from YGOPRODeck and TopDeck.gg. Retro formats (Goat, Edison, HAT…): Format Library and TopDeck.gg, over the last year.
